Tackling Extreme Industrial Exhaust Gas

Industrial sites such as power plants, chemical facilities, and incinerators produce stack gas characterized by high temperatures, extreme humidity, and heavy dust. Standard sensors fail instantly under these conditions. To solve this, we engineered the Stack Gas Pre-treatment Cabinet. By extracting, cooling, dehumidifying, and filtering the raw exhaust, this pre-treatment system perfectly protects downstream analytical instruments from physical and chemical damage.

Inside the cabinet, the CEMS Sample Conditioning System utilizes complex electrical wiring, precision multi-stage filters, solenoid valves, flow meters, and a dedicated cooling module with heat dissipation fans. This robust architecture ensures the gas sample is thoroughly clean and dry before it reaches the analytical sensors, guaranteeing continuous field operation without mechanical downtime.

Real-Time NOx and O2 Emission Tracking

Currently in the factory power-on debugging phase, this NOx Continuous Emission Monitoring System is fully operational and ready for deployment. The integrated MCGS digital display provides immediate, real-time telemetry for four critical environmental parameters: NO, NO2, NOx, and O2. Functioning as a highly reliable Online NOx Analyzer, it guarantees that high-emission industrial facilities maintain strict adherence to environmental compliance standards.
